Agreement

By using Wheeley GO you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Wheeley GO lets you request same-day city parcel delivery. Availability depends on city launch, rider supply, weather, and operational limits.

Quotes are estimates based on the route and details you enter; material changes (wrong address, oversized parcel) may require a new booking.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup/drop details and a reachable phone. Pack items safely. Do not send prohibited or illegal goods.

You are responsible for the contents of the parcel and for obtaining any needed consents from the receiver.

Payments

Fares and tips are payable as shown at checkout. Failed or disputed payments may cancel or pause fulfilment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wheeley GO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For loss or damage of permitted parcels, contact support promptly with order ID and evidence; remedies are limited as set out in our refund policy and applicable law.

We are not a courier of prohibited items; such bookings may be refused or cancelled without refund where abuse is clear.

Accounts

OTP login is personal to your number. Do not share OTPs. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Governing law: India. Disputes: courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
